Which Collabs Actually Grow Your List?

Track Every Partnership from Pitch to Profit

What I Can See Now

When I open The Collab Scorecard, I can see which collaborations brought in email leads and which ones brought in zero.

Before I apply for a summit, I check if I've done it before. The data's right there, how many leads it brought in, how much time I invested, what the cost per lead was based on my time input.

So instead of guessing or saying yes automatically, I can decide based on whether it's actually been worth it in the past.

I can track properly because when I log a new collaboration in my tracker, it automatically generates a UTM link that I can use as my call to action link for that collab. Seeing exactly who is signing up from that UTM link.

The deadline tracking means I'm not scrambling to remember when applications close. It's all in one view.

And because everything's in Notion, I can see the full picture, from application date through launch date to actual results.

Everything Connects

Add a collaboration once. See it across all views. No duplicate entries. You can get The Collab Scorecard for $45

Tech Requirements

Notion (free or paid plan)

Works on the free plan with visualisation workarounds included.

Charts require a paid Notion plan, but I've built alternative views so you can still see your data clearly on the free version.

Quick setup: Just duplicate the system into your Notion workspace and follow the video walkthroughs.

What Becomes Possible

You can check which types of collaborations bring in the most leads.

You can see if that summit you spent 5 hours preparing for actually grew your list.

You can decide whether to say yes next time a bundle invitation lands in your inbox, based on data, not hope.

You can stop saying yes to everything and start investing your time in partnerships that actually pay off.

Before You Buy, Check You're the Right Fit

This is for you if:

You already use Notion (or are willing to learn)

You participate in collaborations, bundles, summits, or partnerships

You want to track which ones actually grow your list

You value having systems that make decisions clearer

This isn't for you if:

You don't participate in collaborations yet

You're looking for something that runs completely automatically

You hate Notion or prefer other tools

You never want to look at data

Got Questions? I've Got Answers!

  • Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?
If you already use Notion and like it, you'll be fine. The system is built in Notion, and the video walks you through setting it up. You don't need to know how to code or do anything technical beyond duplicating a Notion template.
  • What if I'm not on Notion yet?
You'll need a Notion account (free or paid) to use this. If you've never used Notion before, I'd suggest trying it out first to see if you like it before buying this system. Grab a couple of free templates and have a play with them. Maybe start with my Business Homebase or my 5 Day Planning Challenge which are both free.
  • Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The system works on Notion's free plan. Charts require a paid plan, but I've included alternative board and gallery views that show the same data without charts.
  • Is there a refund policy?
Because this is a digital product you can duplicate immediately, there are no refunds. Make sure this is right for you before purchasing.
  • How long does setup take?
About 2 minutes to duplicate the template and maybe 10 minutes to add your first collaboration.
  • What if my question isn’t covered here?
